Pizza in 3 steps
I’m always craving fast foods when the sun goes down.. But the late-junk combination could lead to a disaster if it becomes a habit. That’s why I came up with a light-er solution. It looks like pizza, it tastes like a pizza, it just isn’t one..!
Next time you’re at the supermarket be sure to add to your shopping list:
1. Spread a tablespoon or two of the sauce onto the pita, staying away from the edges.

- a packet of arabic pitas
- pillsbury pizza sauce (or basically any marinara sauce)
- grated cheese
- turkey, mushrooms, green bell peppers, corn or any other topping of choice
1. Spread a tablespoon or two of the sauce onto the pita, staying away from the edges.
For a maximum of 10 minutes, you can have the dinner and the nutritional value of your dreams, all in one plate!
